A variety that exists only in the Valley of the Muses, Eastern Slopes of Mount Heliconas, in Boeotia. Bright red. Its taste is juicy, with high acidity, gentle tannins that pleasantly provoke the palate and a herbal aftertaste that leaves the best impressions.
